What: vomit. VOMIT EVERYWHERE because some people are no good at boats.

[ Some people like Sam, who have never set foot on a boat let alone been on one over water. The rocking motion had been bad enough, but that combined with the salty brine of the sea and the sound of waves (why, why did there have to be so much water??) just totally wrecks him.

The moment the plank's set down and the confetti starts and the cheering begins Sam...runs past everyone else in the crowd, finds the nearest barrel or other trash-looking receptical....and throws up. Like, a lot. His breakfast, his lunch, even his dinner from the night previous.

And when he lifts his head he is just all sorts of green in the face, pale and sweating. Sam takes it back, he wants to go back to the end of the world. He doesn't want to see this muh open water ever again. ]

[ Glares at Sam, then glances at Yuu... then glances back at Sam...... ]

Fine. He's pathetic enough as it is.

It's weird that he acts like he knows us, though...

[ IGNORING SAM. DOESN'T THIS FEEL FAMILIAR. ]

[ YEAH IT REALLY KINDA DOES. Sam's bristling and burping...because he's graceful...and the. Spitting out a bit more bile before he waves his hands. ]

I do know you...! You jerks!! And I can still hear you!

[ Gives Yuu a pointed look. This is definitely strange and deserves thorough questioning. ]

[ Looking between Mika and Sam. Making it a point to stay closer to Mika. ]

How do you know us? We don't know you.

....Are you both trying to make jokes today or something?? What d'you mean how do I know you?? We met like a month ago!

A month ago, Yuu-chan and I weren't even together.

Well Not together-together, but still....

[ wtf though? narrowing his eyes. ]

Mika and I were only recently able to be in the same space, so. I'm not sure you have the right people.

....But I know that already. [ Blegh; Sam wipes his mouth on the back of his hand. ]

You guys were divorced or whatever. Because he was a vampire and escaping and stuff. [ DIVORCED, LOST, WHATEVER. ]

How do you know Mika is a vampire?

Um... [ Yuu, what's the look for... ]

Are you--are you guys feeling okay....?

... Yuu-chan, me being a vampire is obvious.

It's the rest that is suspicious.

[ Well, that's it. Mika is going to get into Sam's space, intimidating. ]

[ But Yuu has the same intimidating aura. Said to Sam: ]

[ Oh, geez. It's bad enough that Yuu is looking at him like that, but with Mika added into the mix? Sam hasn't yet gotten over the trauma of being bitten and attacked by the one he knew, even though he was trying. He still has the nightmares and still pales when he gets near, making this panicked little noise as he stumbles back. ]
