Who: Everyone
When: Day 5, bright and early in the morning
Where: Labyrinth!
What: A daring labyrinth
[you somehow land into this labyrinth with a hard thud, sending clouds of dust flying everywhere. what you're in now is a stone room that has a flickering torch placed on each wall. it smells a bit dingy in here, like what one might picture an actual labyrinth or dungeon to smell like.
there doesn't actually seem to be much worth investigating in this room, aside from a sign and three old, wooden doors before you. the sign reads:
"If you risk it all, you gain it all. If you risk nothing, you gain nothing."
somehow, very inexplicably so, you get the strange sense that the riskier you play, the better the prize.]

Re: FLOWER ROOM
Very well. Just give the word.
[considers a moment, then puts his other hand near Jewel, ready to pick it up when it's time to cast a force field]
Re: FLOWER ROOM
Jewel excitedly flaps its fins]
Re: FLOWER ROOM
Re: FLOWER ROOM
it approaches the turn at 70 mph, lurching forward into the water nose first, going straight for the bottom. and yet, the train is still going, clattering dangerously as all of the cars somehow stay attached and trail behind on this path to a watery hell.
fortunately, your force field does cast on time, preventing you and Jewel from slamming into the panel—Jewel looks very surprised at this.
and now the conductor's car is filling with water at a rapid pace]
Re: FLOWER ROOM
[is there any doors leading to the outside that can be used, or is the door leading to the previous cabins the only one?]
Re: FLOWER ROOM
Re: FLOWER ROOM
[there isn't just a sinking train to worry about, there's also every undead skeleton here that now undoubtedly know that he's an enemy]
Re: FLOWER ROOM
and it seems that the skeletons are all trapped under the water—you can just barely hear them screaming and digging at the glass. but seeing as they're just skeletons, they'll simply be stuck under the water like that for a long while until someone figures out the train hadn't come in.]
Re: FLOWER ROOM
Re: FLOWER ROOM
Jewel, who doesn't read as rattled by anything that took place in the past minute or so, is very pleased with itself.
"And so the message has been sent to the undead. Thank you, Van."]
Re: FLOWER ROOM
You're welcome. You have quite the battle ahead of you, but you did succeed in taking the first strike. It'll certainly keep them on their toes after this.
Re: FLOWER ROOM
and that's how revenge turned into a disturbing... hobby. anyway, Jewel pauses, and looks up at you
"How can I repay you? Not only did you set me on the rightful path of revenge, you gave me life... and a name. I think I can't let you go empty-handed after that."]
Re: FLOWER ROOM
I have my own course of revenge actually. If there was some way to get in touch with you when it's time for me to enact my own plans, then it would be greatly appreciated.
Re: FLOWER ROOM
Jewel goes through the rocks... and picks out a small, iridescent stone, one that looks like a shell.
"I think I'd like to help you with your revenge. If you ever need me, please grasp this and summon me. I will assist you however I can. We can trade stories, too."]
Re: FLOWER ROOM
Thank you. I'll definitely keep in touch, even if it's only to share stories.

[waving goodbye to Jewel before moving on]
Re: FLOWER ROOM
the path leading you into this picturesque scene... well, one way or another, it somehow leads you into a dusty treasure room.]
