Who: Everyone
When: Day 5, bright and early in the morning
Where: Labyrinth!
What: A daring labyrinth
[you somehow land into this labyrinth with a hard thud, sending clouds of dust flying everywhere. what you're in now is a stone room that has a flickering torch placed on each wall. it smells a bit dingy in here, like what one might picture an actual labyrinth or dungeon to smell like.
there doesn't actually seem to be much worth investigating in this room, aside from a sign and three old, wooden doors before you. the sign reads:
"If you risk it all, you gain it all. If you risk nothing, you gain nothing."
somehow, very inexplicably so, you get the strange sense that the riskier you play, the better the prize.]

Re: FIRE ROOM
"Is... is that so! I seemed to have dropped one of my books out there, then. Did you bring it? Is that why you're here, to bring it back to me?"]
Re: FIRE ROOM
Re: FIRE ROOM
"Haha... it's a magical book, yes. Will you give it back?"]
Re: FIRE ROOM
[opens the book "MURDER THE FISH???"]
Re: FIRE ROOM
YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES
the fish you're referring to, however, looks especially uneasy.
"What are you writing? Hey... hey, don't do that, come on, that's a nice book!"]
Re: FIRE ROOM
Re: FIRE ROOM
"Ergh. Don't take something like that so seriously!"]
Re: FIRE ROOM
["WHY?"]
Re: FIRE ROOM
MURDERER
the reverse mermaid takes a few steps back, away from you.
"It's just a book! A magic book, but just a freakin' BOOK!"]
Re: FIRE ROOM
Re: FIRE ROOM
the book suddenly flips to a page, one with scritchy writing and ink blots everywhere:
H̘̙͑̾̑O̓̋̀̈́Ẅ̲̳̹͚͍͕́̂ͬ̇ͮ̚ ̠͙͂̋͂̀D͇̅ͦ͒͌ͪ̚A̦͉͍̮̺̪ͯR̷̟̤̭̜̭̰̊̆͋̒̂ͭ̓E̵̲̳̼̣̲͎̓̊ͬ ̸̳͉̪̙̮̻̞ͮ̎͑̆̄̇Ỷ̯̳̦̹͑̎ͮ͒͋ͅỌ͇͖Ṵ̙͎̙͊̂̇̓̌͋͢]
Re: FIRE ROOM
Are you sure?
Re: FIRE ROOM
"What can I do to make you go away? Please, just go...!"]
Re: FIRE ROOM
Re: FIRE ROOM
"You don't deserve one! W-what would you do anyway!! Someone like you!"]
Re: FIRE ROOM
Should you be screaming at someone who's been told to kill you? You're making a very poor case for yourself.
Re: FIRE ROOM
"Just throw that book away! I don't want it anymore!"]
Re: FIRE ROOM
Re: FIRE ROOM
their eyes nervously dart around the room, looking at the wall of books.
"I-isn't it obvious, you fool?!"]
Re: FIRE ROOM
Re: FIRE ROOM
"Those idiots lived in trees, what do you expect?!"]
Re: FIRE ROOM
[steps back to browse through some of the other books on the shelves]
Re: FIRE ROOM
meanwhile, the reverse mermaid is reaching for something under the chair.]
Re: FIRE ROOM
Re: FIRE ROOM
"D-don't like it, do you?! You put that book down! You put that book down and leave!"]
