[someone wearing a trench coat, a baseball cap, thick coke-bottle glasses, and knee-high polka-dotted rainboots, approaches you. sketchy, right? also horrendous, i mean, you can't make this outfit look good.

maybe you were still getting a feel for the town, or you're getting a knock on your door at the inn, or maybe you're not even IN town when this person finds you! it's hard to make out who they are from their ridiculous disguise, but their enlarged eyes (thanks to the coke-bottle glasses) seem to familiarly reflect galaxies...]

Well, well. We—I have been looking forward to getting a proper one-on-one with you! The council was a struggle to escape, but I hope they'll let bygones be bygones when they've figured out my trick. It's not like this is the first time!

[she laughs—] Ahem! [—then outstretches her weird trench-coated arms in greeting]

One time I joked that we wouldn't see such-and-such happen until pigs could fly, and would you BELIEVE how upset they got?!

I'm willing to bet that they were picturing the impossibility of pigs flying just like you were picturing them faceless!

I have the power to grant everyone's wishes—but, the only reason I can't give pigs wings is because the farmers would become understandably upset, you know! Our pigs would fly away, and then we'd have a pork shortage, and between you and me I really like bacon!
