[someone wearing a trench coat, a baseball cap, thick coke-bottle glasses, and knee-high polka-dotted rainboots, approaches you. sketchy, right? also horrendous, i mean, you can't make this outfit look good.

maybe you were still getting a feel for the town, or you're getting a knock on your door at the inn, or maybe you're not even IN town when this person finds you! it's hard to make out who they are from their ridiculous disguise, but their enlarged eyes (thanks to the coke-bottle glasses) seem to familiarly reflect galaxies...]

Well, well. We—I have been looking forward to getting a proper one-on-one with you! The council was a struggle to escape, but I hope they'll let bygones be bygones when they've figured out my trick. It's not like this is the first time!

[she laughs—] Ahem! [—then outstretches her weird trench-coated arms in greeting]

As for my kingdom... well. It's a complicated situation that I don't entirely understand myself.

And it seems like I misheard you before—right now all the books in our library don't even possess information on our kingdom anymore, and that's where my mind jumped! To respond to your comment a little more clearly... even though we've heard of your world, other worlds just haven't seemed to have noticed ours! Though it, too, is a bit complicated!

It seems like a nice place. I'm glad I came. How did you manage to find me, anyway?

It was a bit like fate, finding you in particular! World-wise, thanks to my royal predecessors, we've gained access to many worlds and universes! From there, I sought out many individuals that I thought would help the most in their own ways.

[ Well, at least she can see why she qualified. ]

A magical cataclysm a long time ago! Well, a hundred years ago is a long time to me, I wasn't even born then. I don't really understand how it happened, but that's how wizards and historians analyzed and assessed it. That's all they could gather, which makes no sense if you ask me, but don't ask me because queens shouldn't supply their opinion on things like that in this day and age I guess.
