Most labyrinths in my experience are mostly harmless, but there have been a few that were quite dangerous. Several people were injured in the last one.

There's a scholarly answer for everything. Magic isn't a thing that just happens.

I don't know if I agree with that. Magic is something a lot of people back home can use. How strong it is depends on training and how strong your heart is. That's how I see it.

This and that are two different things. A child magician can cast a spell, that doesn't mean they know how it works.

[darkbreaker]

As long as it works, shouldn't that be useful enough?

If you don't know how it works, you can't develop anything new, fix it when it breaks, or recognize changes.

I know what it does, and how to make it stronger and more effective. I've been doing it for a while now. I don't need a scholarly answer for that.
