Are you two headed somewhere in particular?

[What is with the new accessory, Van.

Light looks over at him, trying not to look too curious.]

No. Just seeing if we can find anything interesting.

Sometimes new things appear after a labyrinth, so it's always worth a look.

[noting the curiosity and pauses a moment...then points to the bandage]

Actually, I was hoping to ask for your help, if you have the time and desire of course.

Depends. I'm no doctor. How could I help?

[Or carries a surplus of body parts that are human.]

The Queen offered me a task to complete in order to regain my ear. I simply have to listen to the problems and concerns of three people who wish to share them.

If you're comfortable doing that, then it would help me a great deal. But if not, then there are still plenty of others I can turn to as well.

Yeah. I've got a problem. These labyrinths... they're pretty damn personal on some fronts. What I don't understand is why it hurts some people, and why people like me come out unscathed. Unless all it wanted to do is try and emotionally and mentally scar me. Didn't do a very good job.

[Passing by him on the street is the largest, fluffiest bird Luke has ever seen. He really wants to reach out and touch it but that'd be rude, right? Its owner (companion?) looks a little intimidating...]

[Lightning stops to look at the new guy. Odin just goes right up to him to check him out. Your hair is the color of sylkis greens after all.]

He's a chocobo.

[Whoah– even taller up close! Luke puts out a hand in case it wants to sniff him, completely unaware that it's his hair that's more interesting.]

A chocobo... He's awesome! Does he have a name?

[Of course he'll sniff him! Then go back to debating chewing on your hair or not.]

Angel of Valhalla. Might just be easier to call him Odin.
